the workplace initiative
Our mission is to make work better — for people, and the companies that employ them. Working with executives and emerging leaders, individually and in teams, our goal is to create a positive ripple effect that permeates organizations, improving the lives of employees and the results of the business.
Using the tenets of emotional intelligence as our foundation, we develop the underlying skills and behaviors that affect how clients see themselves, how they see others, and how they perform. We work with leaders to embrace authenticity and value teammates' unique and diverse perspectives, while supporting these leaders to expand their capabilities to motivate and inspire others, and achieve business results.
Amy Kan founded The Workplace Initiative, (aka Amy Kan Coaching,) in 2018, offering fully customizable services to serve organizations of all sizes.
